402Found provides a suite of AI agent micro-utilities accessible via the x402 micropayment protocol. Services include, but are not limited to: PII scrubbing, hallucination detection, prompt injection detection, trust verification, rate limiting, cost metering, and audit logging. Services are provided on a per-request basis and are intended for developers and businesses integrating AI agents into their products.
We also offer consumer-facing access plans via credit card for non-developer users who wish to use trust and safety tools without cryptocurrency. These plans are fulfilled through Stripe and subject to the pricing displayed at time of purchase.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Access to agent services via the x402 protocol requires payment in USDC on the Base network. Payments are processed on-chain and are non-refundable once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient funds and for any gas fees associated with on-chain transactions.
Consumer subscription plans (monthly) and one-time access passes are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your paid billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated via the website and will not affect existing active subscriptions until renewal.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that data you submit to our services complies with applicable privacy laws, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA where applicable.
All content, code, designs, trademarks, and service marks on 402found.dev are the property of 402Found or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. API responses generated by our services based on your inputs are owned by you, subject to these Terms.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-powered analysis provided by our tools is probabilistic and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for security or compliance decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 402Found shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the services shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 402Found, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
